Big Echo.

The Morning Benders are rather well known band out there, But with their latest music venture, Front man Chris Chu took a page out of Phil Spector's Book and tried adapting "Wall of sound" (piling in as many artists into the recording booth and making the production more cinematic and epic) He is assisted in this by local San Francisco artists, including Girls. The end result is pretty spectacular.

A genius handed  Snooki (Jersey shore star)  a microphone at the Grammys. The results. .Gold. .pure gold. Maybe the the most successful band of the year Phoenix (minus the ad-nausea their 1901 track played over every car commercial and mall store) had the this little orange guidette bopping around asking them questions. Watch and enjoy.

A Great Discovery: Two Door Cinema Club.

Made up of three guys from Northern Irelend, Sam Halliday, Alex Trimble, and Kevin Baird are Two Door Cinema Club. The band together since 07', have released an EP, And several singles. Most noticeably was their catchy hit "I Can Talk" which created a lot of buzz about band. With an electro-pop sound, Bloc Party-esque songs, and a fresh sound, their album which is due out in March, will definitely have to be on your radar.

Of late, Ive been freezing to death in my own house. Our heater broke, and the damn part to fix it is looking to be about 550 bucks. Now my dad doesn't like to pay that much for something he thinks he can do on his own. So with his stubbornness, a missing part, and cold weather. I  think im going to get frost bite in this igloo. I feel like Christopher Mccandless in the abandoned bus (minus poisonous berries, and unfortunately the beard as well :( ) Well thats an update from this Eskimo, Enjoy your heat and warmth!
